Witch Dive
An isometric roguelite run through eight underground floors. Characters are 2D sprites baked from 3D models; the world around them stays 3D.

Who it is for
People who like short roguelite runs with a hand-made look
What it does
- 3D models baked into eight-direction sprites, so character work can be handled pixel by pixel
- The camera angle is defined in exactly one place, and a sheet baked at a different angle fails the build
- Eight floors per run: a midboss on 4, a treasure room with no combat on 6, and one of two bosses on 8 chosen by the run seed
- Clearing a room opens two doors, each announcing a different reward
- Three weapons with their own upgrade trees, ten relics, thirteen achievements
- Five procedurally composed music tracks that follow the floor theme
- Runs in the browser; desktop and mobile builds exist
Where it is going
The loop runs end to end, and the current work is feel, balance and content direction rather than systems. If it holds up, PC and mobile releases follow.
